Zen Mountain Yoga is a carefully designed yoga class created to move your mind, body, and spirit through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Yoga props are used to facilitate deeper movement for a richer stretch environment, designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises, neurogenic brain training, and guided relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Zen out in as we explore the eight limbs of yoga through your dosha awareness, and bring the mountain home to your heart. Appropriate for beginner to advanced.

Body Sculpt

Body sculpt is a low-impact workout class using a wall-mounted barre, resistance weights, and bodyweight to tone muscles, build strength, and improve flexibility. Classes are accessible for all levels with modifications, offering full-body sculpting without high impact or jumping, often incorporating elements like pliés, pulses, circuits, and supersets. Yoga and core work is at the essence of Body Sculpt.
